Latin-American Artist DREILU Releases Steamy Single “VERTE”

[Atlanta, GA – March 3, 2023] – Today, Latin-American artist DREILU releases “VERTE” – his first single with MTM Standard, Georgia State University’s new in-house record label. The steamy single, passionately sung in Spanish, takes listeners on a romantic fantasy through the lens of a past lover. Known for his storytelling and double entendre, the aptly named track which translates to ‘See You’ in English, is a masterful fusion of Latin Pop, Reggaeton and Salsa. “VERTE” is available now on all digital platforms.

Following years of creating his music catalogue in English, with his most popular track reaching over 350 thousand streams, DREILU made the bold decision to reinvent himself by making music in his native language. Reflecting on the motivation behind his stylistic and lyrical transformation, he shares, “I wrote music in English when I was first starting out, but when I got here and realized what I was missing… my culture and all of that. That’s when I started getting more involved into the Latin music… I wanted to show my roots and truly find my sound.” 

Currently, DREILU is working on his first album – a project that will give listeners a peek into escapades from his travels around the globe. True to his name, a symbolic pseudonym combining the word ‘dream’ in English and Spanish, DREILU is fighting for his dreams one anthem at a time.
